Patient Information
Prescription Refills: Authorizations for prescription refills are available during office hours (9:00 am to 5:00 pm). When requesting a refill, patients are asked to call their pharmacy directly.
Weekend and Holiday Care: During weekends and holidays Valley Vascular doctors share call.
Convenient Payment Methods: The Valley Vascular physicians accept most HMO/ PPO plans and Medicare. Our staff is available to answer questions patients may have about their health plan coverage. Patients are asked to bring their plan card and insurance billing information to their appointment. Co-insurance payments are always collected at the time of the appointment.
