The Center physicians provide all forms of diagnostic and evaluations for patients with respiratory diseases and/or sleep related breathing disorders, including endoscopy, stent placement, lung and chest biopsy in adults, and sleep evaluation for patients ages 2 and over.

Patient Information

Prescription Refills: Authorization for prescription refills is available during office hours (8:30 am to 5:00 pm). When requesting a refill, patients are asked to call their pharmacy with their request.

Weekend and Holiday Care: During weekend and holidays the  University North Medical Specialty Center doctors share call.

Convenient Payment Methods: The  University North Medical Specialty Center physicians accept most HMO/ PPO plans and Medicare. Our staff is available to answer questions patients may have about their health plan coverage. Patients are asked to bring their plan card and insurance billing information to their appointment. Co-insurance payments are always collected at the time of the appointment.

The University North Medical Specialty Center is a four bedroom facility. Sleep studies are performed throughout the week. A certified sleep technician is available during the daytime office hours to answer questions.
